Jean-Hervé Chiquet, Champagne Jacquesson, on the current assemblage with the harvest 2015 in the Champagne Library Report

Covering Champagne Jacquesson in Dizy for over 20 years - there is a big chapter in my first Champagne book on Hervé and Laurent Chiquet -  it is still fascinating, especially to watch the permanent advancement of their gamme and concept.

Today everything is centered on their 700 series as well on their quite unique four lieu-dits or single-vineyards lineup includes: Champ Caïn (100 percent Chardonnay from  Avize), Corne Bautray (100 percent Dizy Chardonnay); Vauzelle Terme (100 percent  Pinot Noir from Aÿ ) and Terres Rouge, a Rosé method saignée from Pinot Noir. 

So watch out what Jean-Hervé Chiquet has to say about  the harvest 2015, what did it mean for the Cuvée 743 and whether there will be single vineyard Cuvée in 2015.
