Champagne Library: Séverine Frerson-Gomez, Champagne Piper-Heidsieck’s Deputy Chef de Cave, on the current assemblage with the harvest 2015

A fresh face in the spotlight: Since March 2016 Séverine Frerson-Gomez is deputy cellar master at Piper-Heidsieck. She is a real Champenois, born and raised in the region and she also studied oenology at the University of Reims.

In 2002 she joined Piper-Heidsieck, very experience, so watch out what she ahas to say about an upcoming vintage 2015 of Champagne Piper-Heidsieck.
