This Version Originale is like a vinophile thunderbolt: a direct Chardonnay attack, structured, which never misses its target because it steers itself to the target. A rogue who speaks of oxidative expansion.

The Cuvée Version Originale is composed of the same crus as Initial, i.e. Avize, Oger and Cramant, but from steeper slopes, with little or no dosage. A rarity: 3600 bottles a year.
